Items must be unused, unworn, and must not have been customized, altered, or tailored. -
Original Packaging & Documents
Products should be returned in their original condition along with the invoice/receipt and authenticity certificate. -
Return Window
Customers must initiate a return or exchange request within 15 days from the date of purchase. -
Product Integrity
Returned items must not show signs of damage, tampering, modification, or any form of alteration. -
Exchange Value

If exchanging for an item of lower value, the price difference will not be refunded.

If exchanging for an item of higher value, customers must pay the difference.

Online Refund Process
Once the returned product is received, our quality assurance team will verify its condition.

After successful inspection, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer.

Refunds will be processed through the original method of payment used during purchase.

Right to Recover Costs
Hiraya Jewels reserves the right to recover the product cost, processing fees, shipping charges, legal expenses, and any additional costs from customers involved in fraudulent activity. -
Legal Consequences
Any user found violating our terms, participating in credit/debit card fraud, online banking scams, or any activity deemed unlawful under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, will face legal action.
Legal proceedings will be initiated against individuals involved in such fraudulent or unlawful conduct.
